Allan and Billy with Nashville Murphy Beds were easy to work with during the entire process. At the beginning, we were able to go to Billy’s house to see a bed in action and really see the quality of work that he and Allan produce. They both came to our house for an on-site consultation and to take accurate measurements. From this, they were able to provide additional options like drawers and shelving. During the building phase, they sent us picture updates along the way. Finally, they both came and professionally installed our bed and ensured we were satisfied with everything. We are happy that we decided to spend the extra money to have our bed built by Nashville Murphy Beds instead of purchasing a substandard bed online that would have been shipped in a box to be assembled.
